As a highly ambitious and dedicated IT entrepreneur, I relentlessly pursued financial success, achieving milestones that reflected my unwavering work ethic. However, as my professional triumphs grew, so did the toll on my health.

It became apparent that the long-hours and relentless pursuit of success was taking a significant toll on my overall well-being, both mentally and physically.

This turning point drove me to pursue extensive education in holistic health and become a certified integrative health coach, personal trainer, and Reiki master. Now, drawing from my journey, I guide others towards a balanced, purposeful life that harmonizes achievement with holistic well-being.

The first session will review the information provided in the Health History Form. We will review the information together and highlight any imbalances in your life. Health and wellness coaches can help you clarify your goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and then come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle.

The agreement
A health and wellness coaching contract is an agreement between two parties where the client desires to retain the professional services of the wellness coach

It also establishes each party’s obligations and responsibilities. A coaching agreement sets the tone of the relationship between the coach and the client.

Sessions
Coaching typically consists of a series of one-on-one sessions between you and your coach and usually lasts about 45 minutes each. In the first one or two sessions, your coach will review your goals and intended results.
